Postage
Postage is by parcel weight, not order value — so you only pay for what your jars actually weigh, boxing and paper packaging included. The basket works it out for you at checkout. The bands are:

Courier prices move through the year. If the actual postage comes in cheaper than the band when Sarah books it, she refunds you the difference.
The bands above cover the UK mainland, or anywhere Royal Mail will deliver at the standard charge for orders up to 3.7kg. Larger deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man can all be arranged, but may carry an extra charge. Sarah will check the courier cost first and contact you to agree it before sending.

Delivery times
Everything is made by hand in small batches, so Sarah confirms dispatch with you by email once you’ve ordered. She aims to send orders within 1–4 working days. If there's likely to be a delay — something briefly out of stock, or a few days away from the kitchen — she'll let you know as soon as possible and confirm when a fresh batch is on its way. Once dispatched, please allow up to 14 days for Royal Mail or the courier to deliver.
Please make sure your address is complete and correct when you order. If Royal Mail or a courier returns a parcel because the postcode is missing or doesn't match the address, there'll be a delay while we get the right details from you.
Collection
Free, and the option Sarah prefers. Choose collection at checkout and pick up your order in person — either from Sarah directly at home in Coventry, or from an event she’s trading at. No postage to pay; settle up on the day or in advance, whichever suits.
If you're collecting from home, Sarah will email or text to agree a day and time that suits you both, so she's in and not in the middle of jarring a fresh batch.
