Courgette Chutney (Indian Style)

A lovely rich, vibrant courgette chutney inspired by Indian food, this chutney has a base of Indian spices and minced onion to compliment the slightly crunchy courgettes. This goes well with cold meats, cheese, salads, in sandwiches but also as a side dish to Indian meals and breads.

Ingredients: Courgette, Cider Vinegar (sulphites), Demerera Sugar, Onion, Sunflower Oil, Root Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Chilli, Black Mustard Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Powder, Turmeric

Allergy Advice: Contains mustard and the cider vinegar contains sulphites. The ingredients are free from dairy, wheat and gluten, however these are present in the same kitchen so traces may be present in the product.
